As all things in life are in a constant state of flux and movement, so are our bodies. The balance of inflow and out flow is important in maintaining health. Diet and nutrition play vital roles in helping to stabilize our health, giving us strength and resilience. Our ability to detoxify what comes in is equally as vital to our health as our food choices. The ability to fully and efficiency remove the by-products of metabolism has life improving consequences.
The cleanse requires focused personal action on improving one’s health. This encompasses diet, baths, meditations, an optional two day juice fast and other health routines woven together in a such a way as to make it simple and comfortable to detoxify. The program is designed to be accomplished while one is living his or her life.
Work and social aspects are no problem during the program. However, the more involved and committed one is in following the program, the more they stand to gain from their efforts. It’s a balance between taking action to change habits or continuing with the current ones. This very issue itself is worked on during the cleanse!

There are many disease processes that cleanse participants have had successful relief from including headaches, joint pains, water bloat/retention, spiritually, by creating a more productive and efficient system that keeps cells working at a higher state of energy. If you have concerns, please speak with your personal health care provider about your individual participation.
Week 1 – Starts the removal of toxins and habits in the diet and life-style. In this week, the participant will feel they are living a “normal” life while focusing on the aspects of daily living that are more easily and readily changed. Two simple weeks of the diet dramatically alter how the GI system processes food and drink resulting in improved mental and physical functioning. Fresh fruits and veggies take center stage along side several herbal, detoxifying beverages. There is no hunger or starvation with this program. Eating is a constant act needed to support the metabolism and to stabilize the blood-sugar balance. Many first-timers find this week comforting, relaxing and easy to do.
Week II – This is where the program goes deeper. The more traditional practices of gallbladder flushing, colonic irrigation, raw food and juice fasting are discussed and suggested. But please, don’t let these techniques scare you away. This program is designed for all people in all levels of health, interest and experience. This is why it is taught in class form and all the ifs, ands or buts can be worked out on an individual basis.
Week III – This is where the fruits of your efforts are best felt. This week begins the return to “normal” life while teaching how to live and continue beyond the 21 days. Energy and mental clarity is peak during this week and our focus is on maintaining this level for additional and deeper results. Maintaining the attitude of a healthy life-style is emphasized as the dietary aspects become second nature. The combination of learned breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, massage and healthful mental attitudes will help you capitalize on the energy and clarity found in weeks I and II.
Cleanse Menu for 3-week Course:
Drawing on Mother Nature’s bounty of healing and detoxifying vitamins, minerals, enzymes and anti-oxidants, the bulk of the food used in the cleanse is made up of whole, fresh organic produce used throughout the menus and selections of soups, steams, salads and juices. Flesh is optional, but integral for some. This is not a vegetarian program though it can easily be made so. There are snacks in the program made from raw nuts and seeds (delicious!) and an abundance of fresh fruit. A flavorful variety of homemade teas and healing drinks keeps you quenched and satisfied. During the Cleanse you can enjoy eating the following:
