Dear PREP,
I greatly enjoyed Chef Rahm's
Red Meat Class and placed a
review on Yelp.  Bought a Shun
knife and am working my way
through a 10-pound bag of
potatoes.  Joy
Our response to Joy -  Thanks so
much Joy, glad to hear.  We love
to see and hear people build
small business up on Yelp rather
than tear them down.  Small
businesses and customers like
you help make America great!

Dear PREP,
I had the pleasure of studying
with Chef Elizabeth Whitt during
your Learn To Cook Series and
your PRO CHEF I Series.  Not only
was I introduced to new foods
and techniques, but my class time
has revolutionized how I cook at
home.  Our family is reaping the
benefits of greater nutrition and a
more confident chef in the
kitchen.  I wanted to let you know
that Chef Whitt is fantastic.  She
is mindful of everyone's learning
styles and genuinely wants
everyone to succeed.  She has
had a tremendous impact for me
personally.  Thank you for
providing such a competent and
thoughtful teacher.  Michelle
Hello Chef Karla
Let me start by saying that I
haven't stopped singing your
praises to anyone that asks how
my class went this weekend. It
was great to have you and I
actually learned something!
Thank you for making it a
comfortable and fun environment
for all of us. You are a fantastic
chef and teacher. I can't wait until
the coming weekend for class

Thank you Chef Fama for a great
class on Friday night Sept. 26,
2014.  We had fun and learned a
lot and would definitely make this
menu again!  See you in our next
class. Harriet
My wife and I attended your
cooking class on February 11th in
Seal beach.  We just wanted to let
you know how much we enjoyed
the class.  Susie was just
outstanding.  We are still talking
about how much we enjoyed the
class and how much we learned.
It was just great.  We are
recommending the class to
everyone we talk to about
cooking.  Once again, thank you
for a very enjoyable evening.

Attended two classes with Chef
Martin recently - the Cheese
Making class (FUN and went home
with some great cheeses). And
this past Friday enjoyed the
Tamale class. OMG best tamales
I've ever eaten. It took me an
hour and 15 minutes to get to
Prep from Santa Ana (torture!)
however, the class was amazing -
we made over 200 tamales in 3
hours. It was SO worth the drive.
And, again, we took home a plate
full of the most delicious tamales
ever. The chocolate tamales were
a surprise, and I loved the carmel
sauce over them. Chef Martin
makes the class fun and gets us
all involved. THANKS Prep & Chef!

Last night's cooking class --
Summer Superfoods with Dr.
Allen Arnette -- was simply
fantastic! I've never taken a
cooking class but always wanted
to try one. Allen made it fun &
interesting. And the food was
delicious! I hope I can take his
3-wk Cleanse classes in the fall.

Hi… I wanted to take a moment to
share feedback on the AMAZING
class that I had last night at Prep
Essentials with Chef Z.  My three
girlfriends and I traveled in the
pouring rain from the Aliso
Viejo/Ladera Ranch area in South
County.  It took us over an hour
to get there  in the rain and
traffic, but every moment was
WORTH IT!!!  Our class was fun,
our chef instructor was fun and
our food recipes were amazing!
My girlfriends and I used one of
our 2 Groupon certificates and we
are all looking forward to using
the next certificate for the next
class!!!
I hope you do more vegetarian or
Vegan based classes.  I easily
have more vegetarian and even
meat eating friends that would
love to take a class.  Who could
possibly turn down an opportunity
to drink wine in a class and eat
great food after learning very
handy cooking techniques????
Thanks for having the class and I
will be on the lookout for more!

Fantastic folks at PREP -
Each of the four classes I've
taken at PREP so far has been
excellent, and I love the variety
that you offer.  Your Groupon
offer was by far the best deal I've
seen on Groupon ever as it
helped me recruit some friends
who I think are now hooked like I
am.  But you had me before that
offer and I'll continue to take
classes even though I've used
both Groupons.  Thank you very
much for providing these classes
and for the variety of great chef
instructors you find.  I love your
store!  Cheers,   Lisa

Dear PREP,  Thank you for the
recipes!  I had a great time with
the class and learned a lot.  I
can't wait to try these recipes at
