Attended two classes with Chef
Martin recently - the Cheese
Making class (FUN and went home
with some great cheeses). And
this past Friday enjoyed the
Tamale class. OMG best tamales
I've ever eaten. It took me an
hour and 15 minutes to get to
Prep from Santa Ana (torture!)
however, the class was amazing -
we made over 200 tamales in 3
hours. It was SO worth the drive.
And, again, we took home a plate
full of the most delicious tamales
ever. The chocolate tamales were
a surprise, and I loved the carmel
sauce over them. Chef Martin
makes the class fun and gets us
all involved. THANKS Prep & Chef!

Hi… I wanted to take a moment to
share feedback on the AMAZING
class that I had last night at Prep
Essentials with Chef Z.  My three
girlfriends and I traveled in the
pouring rain from the Aliso
Viejo/Ladera Ranch area in South
County.  It took us over an hour
to get there  in the rain and
traffic, but every moment was
WORTH IT!!!  Our class was fun,
our chef instructor was fun and
our food recipes were amazing!   
My girlfriends and I used one of
our 2 Groupon certificates and we
are all looking forward to using
the next certificate for the next
class!!!  
I hope you do more vegetarian or
Vegan based classes.  I easily
have more vegetarian and even
meat eating friends that would
love to take a class.  Who could
possibly turn down an opportunity
to drink wine in a class and eat
great food after learning very
handy cooking techniques????
