I wanted to take a moment to
share feedback on the AMAZING
class that I had last night at Prep
Essentials with Chef Z.  My three
girlfriends and I traveled in the
pouring rain from the Aliso
Viejo/Ladera Ranch area in South
County.  It took us over an hour
to get there  in the rain and
traffic, but every moment was
WORTH IT!!!  Our class was fun,
our chef instructor was fun and
our food recipes were amazing!   
My girlfriends and I used one of
our 2 Groupon certificates and we
are all looking forward to using
the next certificate for the next
class!!!  
I hope you do more vegetarian or
Vegan based classes.  I easily
have more vegetarian and even
meat eating friends that would
love to take a class.  Who could
possibly turn down an opportunity
to drink wine in a class and eat
great food after learning very
handy cooking techniques????

Our Professional Chef Series are designed for people
interested in careers as chefs, cooks, caterers or other positions
in the food service industry as well as for home cooks who want to
take their cooking to a professional level.  We teach attendees the equipment, ingredients, techniques, skills and
temperaments used by professional chefs and necessary to work in the food service industry.

Our affordable yet comprehensive courses are perfect for students who,
due to time, scheduling or financial constraints, are not able to attend
full-time culinary school. Because our program is part-time, the cost is significantly less than a full-time culinary
institute.  Tuition covers all equipment and ingredients used in the class.
