Welcome Groupon customers.
In order to redeem your Groupon for a particular cooking class, you will need to call us at 562.430.1217.
At this time you cannot sign up on our website using a Groupon. When you call, please have the following
information at hand:
- The date and class you are interested in
- Your Groupon number - This is an 8-digit hyphenated number below the small bar code at the bottom
of the Groupon. Example 1234-5678
- A separate Groupon number for all of the persons in your party. You may sign up friends and family
but we will need a separate Groupon number for each reservation. We cannot reserve a class spot
without the approprite Groupon number.
- One Groupon is good for one single class costing $75 or less (including kids classes and cheese
classes). Most of our single classes cost $75 however, some single classes, including Sushi classes,
cost $95. You may use a Groupon to reserve and attend a higher cost class, but you must give a
credit card number for the balance upon enrolling.
Please know we can not take Groupon reservations on-line through our website. Please call us at
562.430.1217 to reserve your spot in class.
Our Groupon cancellation policy is as follows: Should you need to change or cancel a reservation for a class,
you will receive a full refund for any cancellation made four (4) days or more before the class date.
Cancellations made three (3) days or less before the class date will incur a 30% “cost of goods” fee which will
need to be paid on future redemption of your Groupon. No refunds, credits, exchanges or vouchers will be
given for cancellations made on the day of the class or for no shows. Changes and cancellations may be
made in person or by calling our store at 562-430-1217 and speaking directly to one of our store employees.
Due to timing issues we absolutely cannot accept or honor cancellations sent by email or left via phone
message or on voicemail. In the event we cancel a class a full refund will be given.
