All of our cooking classes are 100% hands-on where students break into teams and make the dishes listed on the class menu.  After prep and cooking work is completed, tables are cleared and cleaned and everyone sits down together to enjoy at least one serving of each dish that was prepared.

Attended two classes with Chef Martin (FUN and went home with some great
cheeses). And this past Friday
Attended two classes with Chef Martin enjoyed the Tamale class. OMG best
tamales I've ever eaten. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get to Prep
from Santa Ana (torture!) however, the class was amazing - we made over 200 tamales in 3 hours. It was
SO worth the drive. And, again, we took home a plate full of the most delicious tamales ever. The chocolate
tamales were a surprise, and I loved the caramel sauce over them. Chef Martin makes the class fun and gets us all involved. THANKS Prep & Chef!

Last night's cooking class -- Summer Superfoods with Dr. Allen Arnette -- was simply fantastic! I've never taken
a cooking class but always wanted to try one. Allen made it fun & interesting. And the food was delicious! I hope I can take his 3-wk Cleanse classes in the fall.

Hi… I wanted to take a moment to that I had last night at Prep Essentials
with Chef Z.  My three girlfriends and I traveled in the pouring rain from the
Aliso Viejo/Ladera Ranch area in South County.  It took us over an hour to get there  in the rain and traffic, but every moment was WORTH IT!!!  Our class was fun, our chef
instructor was fun and our food recipes were amazing!   
My girlfriends and I used one of our 2 Groupon certificates and we are all looking forward to using the next
certificate for the next class!!!      *  *   *   *   *   *   *   *  
I hope you do more vegetarian or Vegan based classes.  I easily have more vegetarian and even meat
eating friends that would love to take a class.  Who could possibly turn down an opportunity to drink wine in a
class and eat great food after learning very handy cooking techniques???? Thanks for having the class and I will
be on the lookout for more!

Fantastic folks at PREP -
Each of the four classes I've taken at PREP so far has been excellent, and I love the variety that you offer.  Your
Groupon offer was by far the best deal I've seen on Groupon ever as it helped me recruit some friends who I
think are now hooked like I am.  But you had me before that offer and I'll continue to take classes even though
I've used both Groupons. Thank you very much for providing these classes and for the variety of great chef

My husband and I took your steak class a week ago Saturday. We sat at the table closest to the kitchen with
another couple and a gal and her mother. Anyway, we truly enjoyed your class and your personality. It all went so
well together - much like the meal. We will be taking your Peruvian cooking class next month and can hardly wait. One of my dearest friends married a Peruvian man and
they just recently returned from 1 1/2 years of living there (for work). Her
husband is from Chiclayo (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and they got us in to Peruvian cuisine. Can't wait to
cook for them after this class!

Good morning.  Please find a picture of my chocolate soufflé I created yesterday attached herein. It was a lot of fun making them and
friends and family who tried them said they were amazing.
I also wanted to show you that I made Coconut Macaroons drizzled in
homemade chocolate ganache. One word.....Yummy
