What happens at a PREP Cooking Class?
Our experienced chef/instructors begin the class with a brief introduction, discussing the recipes and specifics and often giving a knife skills demonstration. Class participants then break into teams and the teams make the recipes on the menu under the guidance and assistance of our chef/instructors. Work tables are then cleared and the tables are set for dining. Participants and chefs sit down and enjoy one serving of all the recipes made in class. Our classes are fun and casual but we strive to provide a high level of culinary instruction throughout the class.
All fees paid will be refunded in full for changes and cancellations made four (4) days or more before the class date or seven (7) days before the class date for Professional Series Classes, . For cancellations made three (3) days or fewer before the class date, the full class fee will be charged, PREP will retain a 30% "cost-of-goods" fee and participants will receive a Cooking Class voucher for that balance that can be applied toward a future class . No refunds, exchanges or vouchers will be given to cancellations made on the day of the class without exception. A no call or no show will result in a loss of class fee. In the event we cancel a class a full refund will be given. Please see our full cancellation policy.

All of our classes include a serving of all of the foods prepared by the chef and class participants, served on china with flatware and glassware.
