College Prep at PREP 3-Week Series

Our newest addition designed with college-bounds in mind. In this series, students will learn the must-have kitchen basics to ensure they’re eating well once they’ve left the nest. Chef Whitt has developed easy, healthy(ish), and affordable meals that don’t require gourmet kitchens or equipment. From grilled steaks with homemade chimichurri to one-pot-no-box-mac and cheese, parents can rest assured their kids will be eating more than Top Ramen.

We designed the Learn To Cook Series for beginners who want to learn the basics and for seasoned cooks looking to refine their culinary skills. In each of the three classes you'll master fundamental cooking techniques, learn about a wide range of ingredients, and understand how to use equipment that will make you a more confident, capable cook. Chef Whitt instructs in a highly methodical, precise manner, carefully attending to the student's skill levels and striving to provide for each student their own personal class objectives stated on the first day of class.

 

Professional Chef 5- Week Series

Our Pro Chef Series is designed for people interested in the culinary arts. Designed for those aspiring to become chefs, line cooks or caterers to home cooks who want to take their cooking to the next level. With passion, vivacious energy and years of high pressure culinary experience, Chef Regan instructs students on equipment, ingredients, techniques and temperaments used in professional kitchens. Tuition covers all equipment and ingredients used in the class.

 

Professional Chef II 5-Week Series

This series is Part II in our exclusive Professional Chef Series program. This 5-week extension is for students who want to go beyond the basics and then beyond again to learn advanced recipes and  techniques used by the professional chefs who are calling the shots in restaurant kitchens. Students will build upon instruction learned in the Pro Chef I Series to become an even more confident and accomplished cook.

 

Professional Pastry Chef 3-Week Series

Eat Smart: Healthy Cooking and Eating 3-Week Series

This 3 week hands-on series is designed for people who want to learn a lifelong approach to weight loss, weight maintenance and healthy eating. This is not a diet, fast, juicing fad or supplemental regimen.
