Black currant is one of the earthiest berries with a strong tartness in its finish. We combine that with a rich blackberry to create the perfect combination of dark berries.

This fruity balsamic has so much flavor we love to pair it with a great olive oil. Try it with any Extra Virgin Single Varietal. But for extra character, pair it with our Basil Garlic or Blood Orange Olive Oils.
