We infuse extra virgin olive oil with 100% basil essential oil. We only use the highest grade essential oil steam distilled from fresh herbs and we seek out oil with the most true and authentic flavor.  As a result, our basil oil almost tastes like biting into a fresh basil leaf with a smooth buttery finish to top it off.
