Please excuse our whimsical name. But there is just enough heat in this bottle of olive oil to bring out the exclamation mark! You will still taste those fresh jalapenos at the front of your tongue, but watch out as the heat builds and builds at the back. Don't worry, after it peaks it will gracefully taper off leaving you asking for more! For those where a bit of the burn makes any recipe better.
