Whole blood oranges are pressed with ripe California olives to create this fresh citrus olive oil. This flavor is wonderful as a salad dressing and complements poultry and pork. It is also the perfect topping on decadent desserts such as rich, absorbent cakes, vanilla bean ice cream, or creme fraiche. All our cold pressed oils are hand bottled in our family owned facility in Southern California. 

Pairs great with many of our balsamic vinegars. For a dark balsamic try it with our Espresso, Double Black,  or Pomegranate. For a white balsamic, try it with our Apple Cranberry or Orange Guava.
