Whole Persian limes are pressed with ripe California olives to create an exotic olive oil with the unique flavor of lime zest. We love to use this flavor with Caribbean dishes like tequila lime chicken or Mediterranean plates like lime roasted lamb or mint couscous salad. All our cold pressed oils are hand bottled in our family owned facility in Southern California. 

Pairs great with many of our white balsamics like, Orange Guava, Raspberry Pear, Ginger, and  Pear Balsamics.
